These are our own general Terms & Conditions, which covers general payment and booking terms.

By using the Westend Apartment website, you agree to accept our terms and conditions stated below.

*These Terms & Conditions apply to Short and Mid-Term Lets. Longer Lets are subject to contract and length of rental.*

Prices & Payment

The prices of the Westend Apartment will be quoted in Euro and will include all taxes and services descriped. Payments must be made in Euro.

How to make a reservation

Please enter the dates of your stay in Munich and the number of guests in our bookingform. When you click the "calculate" button the total amount will be displayed. You are requested to make a reservation pre-payment of 30% of the total amount. After submitting the booking form you will be redirected to a pre-defined PayPal page. This is our prefered payment method for the pre-payment. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, feel free to open one. It is completly free and guarantees a secure transaction. If payment is arranged via a Bank Transfer, the customer will be responsible for any additional bank fees incurred. Please request our bank details by mail.

Booking Confirmations

A Booking Confirmation is automatically emailed or faxed upon receipt of the pre-payment.

The booking cannot be guaranteed until payment of deposit has been received. If the client did not receive a Booking Confirmation within 24 hours after the booking has been made, it will be the responsibility of the client to contact us.

Final Payment

On arriving at the Westend Apartment you will have to pay the deposit due to your booking confirmation in cash.

An additional security deposit is required, for protection against unforeseen damage to the property and/or its contents. The Security Deposit of 150,00 Euro, will be taken by the Apartment Provider at time of guest arrival and will be paid back at Check-Out.

Check-In / Check-Out Times

Check-in time is usually 2:00pm with check-out time around 11:00am. Should guests require an early or immediate check-in on arrival, it is recommended that reservations are made from the previous night, or please check with us, if it is possible to store luggage at building until apartments are ready. Please contact us if special arangements for Check-In or Check-Out Times are needed. Please note that we will charge a Service Fee of 30 Euro.

Cancellations / Amendments

If you want to cancel your booking for the westend apartment, you must do so by email.

We cannot guarantee that any requests for amendments or changes in dates will be satisfied. However, if you wish to make any alteration to your booking (including the transfer of your booking to another person) after it has been accepted by us, we will try to accommodate your requirements, subject to availability and payment by you of an alteration fee, in the amount of 15,00 Euro per booking.

Should the client cancel a reservation, the reservation pre-payment will not be reimbursed. Westend Apartments will not be liable for further claims by the client.

No refund will be made for the unused portion of your stay or for non-arrival.

In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (unscheduled building works, water damage,…) Westend Apartment reserves the right to transfer the client to an apartment or hotel of similar characteristics. In case the client doesn't agree the new proposed apartment, he has the right to cancel the booking and receive a total refund. Westend Apartment will not be liable for further claims by the client.

Liability / Indemnity

We reserve the right to amend prices or to change accommodation without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

Westend Apartment takes all reasonable care to ensure that the infor-mation supplied on our website is accurate. However, we cannot guarantee its accuracy and we reserve the right to change this information at any time. Property informations, like details and photographs are intended as a guidance only and should not be construed as statements of fact.

Customer Misbehaviour

If you behave inappropriately and cause offence, danger or damage or risk of danger or damage to any person or property, we, or our suppliers may cancel your accommodation. In this event, our and our suppliers' responsibility will cease immediately and you will not be entitled to any refund, reimbursement or compensation. Furthermore, you will be liable to reimburse us for any expenses we incur as a result of such termination.

Private Car Parking

Persons using Car Parking facilities do so entirely at their own risk. We will not be held liable for loss or damage to any vehicle, or the contents thereof or for the death or injury of persons, howsoever caused.

Insurance

We accept no liability or responsibility for loss or damage to personal property nor for any costs incurred by persons due to travelling delays or alterations, nor for personal accident, death or injury to persons using the accommodation provided.

Westend Apartment takes the privacy of its customers' data very seriously. Please read the following privacy statement to understand how we will treat your personal data when you use our website. We wish to assure you that we only use your information as detailed below for our legitimate business reasons.

When you book an apartment via the site, we need to collect information about you to process the booking, and provide you with the services you expect. This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, your address and further details. Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose this personal data to third parties if it is required for the purpose of completing your booking.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms & Conditions and use of website are governed by german law.
